Currently on the docker image, we separately install nvidia cutlass 3.6.0 and save it in the docker image. This means that the hacks are not necessary, and furthermore, cause an error when it looks for the missing
cutlass_libraryAdding a workaround to skip the import of
cutlass_libraryif it is already present. Hopefully this issue can be more permanently resolved with the work in #34
